1. Joining
Anyone can apply. We review each application by hand and may decline one without giving a reason. You're a partner once we approve you; until then your link and codes don't earn.
2. What you earn
- 15% (or the rate we agree with you in writing) of the price before GST, after any discount, of a customer's first paid purchase credited to you.
- Renewals and later purchases by the same customer don't earn.
- Purchases by your own organization, or by anyone using your email, don't earn.
3. Who gets credit
- A coupon code made for you counts first, on any device.
- Otherwise, your referral link: the buyer's browser remembers it for 30 days, and the last partner link they clicked wins.
- One partner per order. Our records decide; we may correct credit by hand when there's a clear mistake, and we log every change.
4. Holding and reversals
Each commission is held 30 days after the order is paid. If the order is refunded or disputed, the commission is cancelled. If we had already paid it, we take the amount off your next payout.
5. Getting paid
- We pay by UPI or bank transfer once at least ₹1,000.00 is payable.
- We deduct TDS where Indian law requires it (section 194H), at a higher rate if we don't have your PAN, and give you the details for your tax return. Your own taxes, and GST if you're registered, are your responsibility.
6. Not allowed
- Bidding on “Zelvynta” or misspellings of it in search or social ads.
- Spam: messages, emails or comments people didn't ask for.
- Saying you are Zelvynta, or making promises about prices, features or support that we don't make.
- Fake clicks, forcing our cookie onto people who didn't click, or buying through your own link or code.
- Posting your codes on coupon or deal sites unless we agree in writing.
If you break these rules we may suspend you and cancel commissions on the orders involved.
7. Ending
Either of us can end the partnership at any time by email. Commissions you earned honestly before then are still paid under these terms.
8. Your details
We keep your name, email, phone and, for payouts, your bank or UPI details and PAN. Payout details are stored encrypted and only our finance team sees them in full. We never show you a customer's contact details, and you see their name only masked.
